MLC-14-62 is composited by especial Micro-suspension method with very good dissoluvability,film-formation ,solvent release property ,chemical resistance ,color contrast property and after-tack resistance.

Basic property

MLC-14-62 is a middle and high molecular weight vinyl resin containing approximately 86% Vinyl Chloride,14% Vinyl Acetate , and MLC-14-62 is binders with physical property drying with the film formation after the solvent volatilization in the system.

As the same as all other VC copolymer, MLC-14-62 also has lasting flexibility,abrasive resistance,low expansion rate and low water and gas permeability, therefore, it can be oil resistivity,grease resistance,dilute acid resistance,alkali resistance,salt resistance and alcohol resistance.

Solubleness:

The general solvent of MLC-14-62 is ketone,ester and hydrochloric ether,and MLC-14-62 can be dissolved quickly in acetone,Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK),methyl isobutyl ketone(MIBK) and cyclohexanone without insoluble particles, and there is no any gel in Winter.
